“ADITYA” Horizontal High speed metal cutting Bandsaw Machine Model SBM-245 is a SEMI AUTOMATIC MACHINE, swing
type in construction, capacity up to 245 mm. The machine base & frame are
made of heavy weld steel & is torsion & vibration free.
The machine is equipped with stepped pulleys to get 4 speed in 2 ranges, high range from 40 to 100 mts/min., & low range from 20 to 50
mts/min. However, an infinitely variable speed drive from 24 to 100 mts/min. is offered as an optional. For setting the length, the machine is proved
with a sturdy swing type Bar-stop. The bar feeding has to be done manually.
This Model is a low cost machine, ideally suited to Small
Industries & for cutting variety of small batch quantity steels as well as non-ferrous materials. The machine is fully protected to give maximum safety
& prevent accidents. The and-Saw has a centralized control panel
conveniently placed within operators reach & a power driven wire brush for
chip removal.
To reduce operators fatigue, the machine is provided with Hydraulic vice clamping & Automatic arm lifting arrangements. Cutting rate can be precisely set with the help of a “Feed Force Dile”. The Saw is precisely guided by means of a “Roller Guide System” & in addition, by asset of Solid Carbide Inserts. The blade can be conveniently tightened by giving correct tension, or loosened with the help of a Spring loaded Hand wheel. Use of high cutting speeds & using Bimetal Blades enables faster cutting. 4 to 5 times more than conventional machines.
