FULLY AUTOMATIC HORIZONTAL BANDSAW MACHINE MODEL : ABM-250
This machine with a capacity to cut up to 250 mm to 300 mm
diameter is distinguished by its robust & compact construction & its capability to cut a wide range of materials with maximum productivity. It is designed for use of Bi-metal Bandsaw. It is suitable for cutting bars in bundles, tubes & different profiles.
• Wide & steples range of cutting speeds.
• Length of cut can be set on a digital display within 0.1mm & upto a
maximum of 400mm in single stroke.
• Number of pieces to be cut can be programmed & machine will stop
after programmed number of pieces are cut.
• For longer cutting lengths multi-indexing upto 9 X 400 i.e. 3600mm is
feasible.
• Retracting jaws on rear vice for accommodating bends & uneven
surfaces of bars/forgings.
• Automatic stop in case of Blade breakage or slippage.

| ADITYA HORIZONTAL BANDSAW MACHINE ABM–245 |
Is a fully automatic machine, swing type in construction. The machine base, frame & stock table are of heavy weld steel & is torsion & vibration free. Cutting speed is step drive, so that, steel as well as non ferrous
material can also be cut. Blade speeds are available from 24-to 100-m/min, which enables use of Bimetal Bandsaw Blades. As such high-speed cutting gives faster cutting 4 to 5 times more than that with the conventional blade. Work piece length accuracy of
+-0.25 mm. can be achieved, hence Minimum material wastage. The machine is fully protected to give maximum safety & prevent accident.
The machine is provided with a centralized control panel placed Within operators reach. A calibrated band speed selector is placed within convenient reach of operator. The machine is fully automatic. Once the desired quantity is set on counter & machine is started, the machine stops automatically after completion of preset quantity.
The saw is precisely guided by means of a roller system & in addition, by solid carbide inserts. |
